The product is a rechargeable model. Please fully charge the product after receiving it and disconnect the power cord before use. It is forbidden to use it while charging. If the charging cable and power are connected, the product will start the self-protection program and the machine cannot be turned on.

When you open the packaging and receive the massage pillow, press and hold the power button. If it doesn't turn on, the motherboard is in power protection mode. Please plug in the Type-C charging cable to activate it first. After powering on, a red indicator light will appear above the power button. You can then unplug the charging cable and press and hold the power button to turn it on and use it.
